Audio

Opens from a timer's or an interval's Audio field. Audio assigned to a timer plays uninterrupted across the whole workout, overriding any audio set on individual intervals.

Shared Options

Apply whether you're assigning audio to a timer or an interval.

Audio Selection

Tap No Audio Selected (or the current selection) to open the audio picker.

Remove Audio

Clears the audio selection.

Use the Music Continuation options in Sound Settings — they apply globally rather than per interval.

Assign audio to each interval directly.

Adding Music on Android

Seconds plays DRM-free files copied to your device's Music folder. Connect your device via USB, set the USB mode to File Transfer, and copy in MP3, AAC, FLAC, or similar audio files.

Streaming Services

Spotify and other streaming services can play in the background while a timer runs, but Seconds can't change tracks per interval. Changing a Spotify track means switching to the Spotify app — which Seconds would have to do at every interval boundary, breaking up the workout.
