Seconds supports Family Sharing for both the paid Seconds Pro download and the in-app upgrade in Seconds (free). Family members get access to the upgrade automatically.

The family manager sets up Family Library in Google Play (Google's guide). Family members can then install Seconds and restore the purchase from their own Google Play account.
