Multiple Payments

You can't be charged twice for the same upgrade. Both stores block it.

Google won't let the same Google Play account buy the same app or non-consumable in-app purchase twice. The Play Store offers a free re-download instead.

Purchases don't transfer between Google Play accounts, or between Google Play and the App Store. Buying again on a different account is a new purchase, not a duplicate.

Check your purchase history on each account to confirm where the charges came from.
