Custom Timer
A list of intervals played in order, end to end. Each one can have its own duration, name, and settings.
Exercises
The list of intervals played in order. Tap any to open the interval editor.
Adding an Exercise
Tap Add Exercise at the bottom of the list.
Reordering, Moving, Deleting
Two ways to manipulate exercises.
Drag a single exercise. Tap and hold the drag handle (≡) on the row, then drop where you want it.
Cut, copy, and paste multiple at once. Tap the circle on the left of each row to select exercises in the order you want them to reappear. From the toolbar:
- Cut removes selected exercises. Paste them elsewhere to move; don't paste to delete.
- Copy keeps selected exercises in place. Paste elsewhere to insert duplicates.
Paste at the bottom of the list via the toolbar's paste button, or beneath a specific exercise by tap-and-hold + Paste.
If you can't see the toolbar, close the keyboard first.
