A five-minute round changes the job — pacing matters as much as output. This preset runs three of them, a minute apart, exactly the shape of a non-title MMA bout, and the clock reads 17:00 when the final round closes.
Five minutes is enough room to mix disciplines inside a single round — strike, shoot, grapple, get back up. Use it for sparring at bout length or for drilling sequences until they hold up under fatigue. When the session calls for more or fewer rounds, open the preset in the editor and set the count yourself.
Three three-minute rounds with one minute between. Standard amateur boxing format for shadow work, bag work, or pads.
Five two-minute rounds with thirty seconds between. Faster pace, more rounds — great for technical sparring.
