A 10-minute EMOM: ten one-minute rounds, back to back. At the top of each minute the timer calls the round; you do your prescribed work — a set of reps, a short effort, a skill — and rest for whatever is left of the minute before the next round begins.
It is the classic starting length: long enough to build real volume, short enough to hold a steady pace the whole way. Pick a workload you can repeat every minute without slowing down.
