A 15-minute EMOM: fifteen one-minute rounds, one after another. At the top of each minute the timer calls the round; you do your work and rest on whatever time is left before the next one begins.
It sits between the ten- and twenty-minute pieces — half again the volume of the standard ten without the full commitment of twenty, which makes it a common pick for a single-movement grind or a two- or three-movement rotation. Choose a per-minute workload you can hold for all fifteen rounds, and use the editor to change the round count or length.
Ten rounds, one a minute. At the top of each minute do your work, then rest until the next.
Twenty rounds, one a minute. Hold one movement or alternate; rest on the time you have left.
Ten rounds, every two minutes. For heavier or higher-rep work that needs more than a minute.
