Six long, passive hip holds totaling 13:15: two minutes in Butterfly Fold, two minutes per side of Dragon Lunge, 90 seconds per side of Sleeping Swan, and a three-minute Reclined Butterfly to close, with short settles between the groups.

Holds this long aren’t about effort — find an edge you can stay at without gripping, then let the remaining time pass through the shape. That’s what the settles are for: coming out of a long hold deserves a pause before the next one begins. For a fuller yin session, open the preset in the editor and take the main holds out toward three or four minutes.
