Standing Yoga Flow Timer

Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Extended Side Angle, and Triangle Pose in rotation: 45 seconds in each shape, 20 seconds to transition, and 45 seconds of Down Dog between rounds. Three full rotations plus a minute of warmup and cooldown brings it to 15:30.

Because the poses alternate rather than repeat, every round walks through the whole standing sequence — the transitions become part of the practice, and the Down Dog between rounds gives the legs a genuine break. If four shapes per round is too much to track at first, open the preset in the editor and pare it back to two.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the standing circuit?
15:30 — three rotations through the four poses, with transitions, Down Dog resets, and a minute at each end.
Which side do I work?
The timer doesn’t fix a side. A simple pattern: lead with the left leg in round one, the right in round two, and your tighter side in round three — or split each 45-second hold in half.
What should the 20-second transitions look like?
Unhurried repositioning — step the feet, square the hips, set the arms. Use the full 20 seconds to arrive so the hold starts from a settled stance.
