A competition-style climbing rotation: three and a half minutes on the wall, then thirty seconds to come down, brush in, and move to the next problem — on repeat. The timer calls the end of every climb and every transition, so a session run to USA Climbing pacing flows without anyone holding a stopwatch at the base of the wall.
It is built for training to comp rhythm rather than open-ended projecting: simulate a finals rotation, run a "climb on / climb off" block with a partner who shares the wall on the transition, or set a gym session where you and a group rotate boulders on the same clock. It loops up to a hundred rounds so it simply keeps going as long as you do. Open the preset in the editor to set your own climb and transition lengths, or match a specific format’s timing.
Five-station strength circuit hitting legs, push, pull, core, and conditioning. Three rounds at 0:45 work, 0:15 rest.
No equipment needed. Four moves, four fast rounds. Short rests force the pace and keep the heart rate up.
A short, brutal core circuit to bolt onto the end of any session. Three movements, three rounds, minimal rest.
