A mile timer built for pacing a time trial: it splits the mile into four equal quarter-mile laps — one per lap of a 400-meter track — and marks each one so you can hold an even effort instead of going out too hard and dying in the back half. Loaded here it targets an eight-minute mile, two minutes a lap, and runs for the full eight minutes so the clock is your result.
An even pace is almost always the fastest way to run a mile, and hearing each quarter tick by is what keeps you honest about it. Open the preset in the editor and set the four laps to your own goal — 1:30 laps for a six-minute mile, 1:45 for seven — then race the splits. Note the lap you fall off pace and you know exactly where to train.
The full 20-meter PACER test: 21 levels, the beep quickening each level. Run a shuttle on every beep; the color flips each one so you can see the pace.
The eight Hyrox stations in race order, each after its 1 km run, run once as a single session. The times are a mid-pack guide — edit each run and station to your own splits.
