A Hyrox timer that walks the full race in order: eight 1-kilometer runs, each followed by one of the eight functional stations — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The timer names and announces every leg so a training simulation flows station to station the way race day does, without you stopping to check what comes next.
Hyrox is scored on distance and reps, not the clock, so the run and station times here are a mid-pack guide rather than a target — the point is rehearsing the sequence and the transitions. Open the preset in the editor and set each run to your kilometer split and each station to your own pace, then run the whole thing as a dress rehearsal or break it into a few stations as a session.
The full 20-meter PACER test: 21 levels, the beep quickening each level. Run a shuttle on every beep; the color flips each one so you can see the pace.
Four even quarter-mile splits toward an 8:00 mile — two minutes a lap. The timer marks each split so you can hold pace; edit the laps to your goal time.
