A Model UN debate runs on a speakers’ list: delegates take equal turns to address the committee, one after another. This timer counts that list — a default ninety seconds per delegate, naming each speaker as it goes, with the bell when a turn ends — so the chair can move down the list without watching a stopwatch.
Speaking time in MUN is set by the committee, so ninety seconds is only a starting point: a general speakers’ list often runs sixty to ninety seconds, and a moderated caucus sets its own total and per-speaker time. Open the preset in the editor and set the turn length and the number of turns to match the motion that just passed.
